El Chanate offers up the most popular Mexican dishes like our Carne Asada, with sirloin marinated in tequila and lime juice, Chicken Venganza, sautéed with pasilla peppers, traditional Pork Carnitas and Chile Verde.

Not in the mood for Mexican? El Chanate offers popular American dishes, from rib-eye steak and grilled salmon to hamburgers and French fries.

After a long day out on the mountain, check out the black bean nachos or shrimp crisps – both popular choices with the après ski set.
