Open daily during the ski season, and closed during the summer. Mid-Gad restaurant is located mid-mountain in Gad valley and can be accessed from Hidden Peak via Little Cloud Bowl, from the GadZoom chair lift via Lunch Run or from the top of the Mid-Gad chair lift.

Serving our famous BBQ pulled pork sandwich, gourmet American Kobe beef hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, house made chili, and a large selection of beers. Mid-Gad features the largest outside patio seating area at Snowbird with some of the best mountain views in the state.
