The Wildflower’s house made pomodoro sauce is the key to many happy Italian flavored dinners at Snowbird’s Wildflower Restaurant!
Have it spicy, as a dipping sauce with the Cornmeal Crusted Calamari, or simmering with cheese in the Five Cheese Meat Lasagna. It’s the base of several house baked pizzas, including the “Margarita” with fresh basil and sliced tomatoes, and a selection of delicious pastas, such as Penne Marinara. The Wildflower’s epicurean entrées include fragrant seafood Cioppino, Chicken Saltimbocca with prosciutto and fresh sage, and seared fresh Salmon.
