Not all our employees are outdoor enthusiasts but they do need to be enthusiastic and dedicated to their work. We look for employees who have a passion for what they do. The hospitality industry is not always easy but it can be rewarding. No matter what your job may be, working in the ski and recreation industry requires flexibility and commitment to providing outstanding service. Snowbird wants to reward its employees for all of their hard work and dedication.

Ski Privileges
Snowbird offers generous skiing privileges accessing over 2,500 skiable acres serviced by seven doubles chairlifts, three high-speed quad chairlifts and our Aerial Tramway. As a Snowbird employee, you are eligible for ski benefits during the current ski season based on your work commitment.

Summer Privileges
Snowbird offers an Aerial Tramway pass to summer employees. This can be used for hiking and mountain biking among other activities. Summer employees are also eligible for discounts on various rides and activities based on work commitment.

Dependant Passes
Your immediate family, legal dependants or spouse are also eligible for ski privileges at a very reasonable cost. Their passes are based on your pass privileges.

Health & Welfare Benefits
In order to receive health and welfare benefits, employees are required to work 25+ hours on a weekly basis. Snowbird offers several insurance plans to meet different needs. The Employee Services department can help you decide which plan fits you after you have been hired.
