RACE COURSE:
Start: Swamp Lot, 8099 South 3500 East (Wasatch Blvd.)
Finish: Snowbird, Entry 2

DISTANCE:Approximately 10 miles, 3300 vertical feet

RACE TIME:8 a.m.

REGISTRATION:Racers can register on-line www.sportsbaseonline.com from June 15 – August 19, 2009 COST:$30 before August 19th. After that, you can register on August 21st at the Swamp Lot or the morning of for $40.

PACKET PICK UP:Friday, August 21st from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Swamp Lot, 8099 South 3500 East (Wasatch Blvd.)

MORNING OF:Packets can be picked up on the morning of the race from 6 – 7:30 a.m.

Racers registering the morning of will pay $40. We encourage everyone to register early. T-shirts are only guaranteed to those who are pre-registered.

AWARDS:Awards will begin at approximately 10:30 a.m. EVENT INFO:Great prizes, a band and raffle. Carpooling is encouraged! If you have friends or family that wish to watch you finish, encourage them to be in the canyon by 8 a.m. The road will not close but will be restricted.

THE WHOLE DAY:This is going to be a very busy day at Snowbird. Following the Bicycle Hill Climb riders will be the 1,000 Warriors and following them up the canyon will be the Tour of Utah. Oktoberfest also begins on this day at 11:30 a.m.

This is one of the oldest road bike races in the state of Utah. This is 10 miles in 3,300 vertical feet!

All racers must pick up a bib by 7:30 a.m. Race starts at 8 a.m. SHARP!

ULTRA-WIDOWMAKER
DATE:Saturday, August 22nd, 2009
TIME:Immediately after Bicycle Hill Climb
COST: $45 before August 19th, after August 19th, you can register on August 21st at the Swamp Lot or the morning of for $50. (this price includes the hill climb price)
PLACE:
Start: Gad Valley
Finish: Hidden Peak
DISTANCE:14 miles, 6,300 vertical feet
MORE INFO:Once you come across the Bicycle Hill Climb finish line, you will then proceed to Gad Valley, change bikes and head up to Hidden Peak. All racers are responsible for their own bikes/gear.
