WAIVER & RELEASE OF RESPONSIBILITY: In consideration for participation in the Bicycle Hill Climb Bicycle Hill Climb & Ultra Widowmaker at Snowbird, Alta Ski Lifts and use of Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort facilities, and as a condition precedent thereto, I hereby waive any and all claims against Snowbird arising out of Snowbird’s negligence or the negligence of any of its agents or employees and hereby release Snowbird, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, State of Utah, Utah Department of Transportation, Utah Transportation Commission & Utah Highway Patrol and employees from any and all liability or damages arising out of the event including, without limitation, claims for injury, liability or damage arising out of negligence of Snowbird and its agents, officers, directors and employees. In the event of a claim or legal action for injuries, I agree to indemnify, reimburse and hold Snowbird harmless from any costs, attorneys’ fee, judgments or settlement amounts paid by Snowbird relating to said claims or actions. This agreement to indemnify Snowbird and Alta Ski Lifts includes all claims and legal actions, even if the injuries, damages or liability arise out of or are alleged to have arisen out of the sole or comparative negligence of Snowbird.
