Austin Pond

Children 12 years of age and younger are encouraged to try their luck fishing at Austin Pond which is stocked with trout during the summer. Snowbird fishing licenses for kids and rental fishing rods are available at the Activity Center.

State Licenses are not valid for Austin Pond, you must purchase a Snowbird fishing license

Guided Fly Fishing Trips

Fly Drifters of Utah offers professionally guided fly fishing trips on many of Utah’s most beautiful trout streams, including the Provo River.

Little Cottonwood Creek

All fishermen age 14 and over must have in their possession a Utah State Fishing License to fish the waters of Utah. Licenses are available at Smith’s grocery store and Shopko in the Salt Lake Valley. Both are located near the corner of Highland Drive and 9400 S. in Sandy. Utah State fishing licenses may also be obtained over the telephone at 1-800-221-0659 or at Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
