Some packages include: Meeting Support Package – Applies when any outside projection equipment items are brought into the conference center. Includes screen, projection cart, VGA Cable, 2 AC Power Cords and 2 Power Strips.

Meeting Recording – Video camera with Tripod, Monitor, Recording Deck, Audio Mixer, Lavalier Microphone, Video Small Lighting set-up.
