When we decided to have our wedding at Snowbird, we were excited to be married at a place that meant a lot to us as a couple and not to mention, one of the most beautiful resorts in Utah!

From the very beginning, the correspondence between the event coordinator and bakery was always timely and professional. We always felt in the loop about how things were being planned and it was a simple process getting things finalized for the big day. I appreciated that they allowed me to be involved with the planning as much or as little as I wanted.

While the communication was impeccable, the food was also outstanding. We had so many people tell us the menu (we had a buffet) was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had! We had cupcakes in lieu of a big wedding cake, and they were absolutely delicious and worked out perfectly! The bakery had no problem creating what I wanted, which was so nice! Not only was everything freshly prepared and beautifully displayed, I was surprised by how many staff were on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly throughout the event.

The thing that I was most impressed by was the staff. Snowbird was EXTREMELY accommodating to our needs. When our band needed an extra extension cord, someone had one for them within a few minutes! There was always someone ready to help us, and even the bellboy went out of his way to make sure our car was packed quickly and nothing was left behind! We truly had our dream wedding and everything seemed so effortless!
