Our specially trained pros guide your child into winter sports with just the right mix of on-snow fun and indoor activities. Children receive 1 hour of one-on-one instruction per half-day session.
Price: $205 full day, $130 half day (Includes snacks, daycare and rental equipment. Lunch only included with full- day program.)

Dates: Offered daily from Nov. 23, 2012 - April 14, 2013 (conditions permitting).
Meeting time: 8:45 a.m. or 12:45 p.m.
Location: Cottonwood Room, Snowbird Center Level 2. Child must be present at these times to be scheduled for on-snow times. Space is limited and children who are not present by start times of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. will be considered no-shows.
Session Time: 9 a.m. - Noon or 1 - 4 p.m.
On-Snow Times: Children in full day lessons will be scheduled for 1 hour of one-on-one instruction in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. Children in half day sessions will receive 1 hour of one-on-one instruction during their session. These times may be rearranged due to specific needs of children and staff during the day (i.e. naps, snacks, etc.).

Advance reservations are required for all lessons to guarantee availability.

Other Information: All Mountain School programs are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and except for private instruction, require a minimum of two participants. Lift tickets are required in addition to Mountain School programs unless otherwise noted.
All activities begin promptly at their designated times. Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes to arrange for equipment rentals and to get to your designated meeting place. We are not able to accommodate late arrivals.
Class lessons are scheduled to be available from Nov. 23, 2012 through April 14, 2013. Private lessons are available by reservation, conditions permitting, from season opening date until April 30, 2013. Mountain School may modify this schedule as needed.
Private lessons and Specialty Camps only will utilize side door Tram access prior to 11 a.m.
Snowbird Mountain School cannot extend purchase deadlines, provide refunds, allow students to switch dates between sessions or provide “make-ups” for missed classes. Due to the unique quality of our resort location, there are times when Little Cottonwood Canyon road and/or lift access is delayed due to avalanche danger. In these cases we monitor the situation closely and send programs out as soon as there is staff available and conditions warrant. Circumstances change with each situation and therefore it is important for guests to communicate with our staff. If lessons are missed due to these extreme circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate our guests.
Unless otherwise indicated, children’s programs are for 3 - 6 year olds, youth programs are for 7 - 15 year olds and adult programs are for age 16+.
