Specialty Camps: Booking/Cancellation Policies



  • A credit card and payment in full is required at the time of booking for all camp reservations.
  • Cancellations made a minimum of 30 days in advance of the program start date will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Regretfully, refunds cannot be provided if advice of cancellation is less than 30 days of the program start.
  • There are no refunds or adjustments for missed days.
  • All Inclusive packages for the camps are subject to Central Reservations Lodging Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations released 29 to15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of $800.00. Reservations released within 14 days prior to arrival will be non-refundable. Trip insurance is available at time of reservation.
