ePrivates: Booking/Cancellation Policies:



  • A credit card and payment in full is required at the time of booking for all private lessons.
  • Lessons must be booked for specific dates. Changes to these dates will be allowed with no fees up until two weeks prior to the lesson dates. If changes are made within two weeks, it may incur a re-booking fee. All changes are subject to instructor availability.
  • Minimum purchase of 3 lessons required to receive discounted rate.
  • ePrivates are non-refundable and will expire at the end of the season.
  • Additional days are NOT available for purchase during the season.
  • Single person ePrivate lesson bookings are subject to an upgrade charge if originally booked as 1 person, but have 2-5 participate in the lesson.
  • Multiple person privates are limited to a maximum of 5 per instructor. Another instructor booking will be required if you have more than 5 participants.
  • No call, No show for booked lessons (not changed prior to the lesson reservation date) are subject to forfeiture.
