In Season: Private Lesson Booking/Cancellation Policies:



  • A credit card and payment in full is required at the time of booking for all private lessons.
  • Lessons must be booked for specific dates. Changes to these dates will be allowed with no fees up until two weeks prior to the lesson dates. If changes are made within two weeks, it may incur a re-booking fee. All changes are subject to instructor availability.
  • Cancellations received up until 48 hours prior to the lesson date will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $25.
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the lesson, are subject to forfeiture of the first day. Subsequent days’ bookings will be refunded in full.
  • Multiple person privates are limited to a maximum of 5 per instructor. Another instructor booking will be required if you have more than 5 participants.
