Pre-Season Specials: Booking/Cancellation Policies:



  • A credit card and payment in full is required at the time of booking for all lesson reservations.
  • Cancellation of any pre-season lesson reservation after processing is subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after November 1, 2011 (except with specialty camps as stated below).
  • Advance reservations are necessary to guarantee any Mountain School product. Booking dates are available from December 17, 2011 through April 15, 2012.
  • All programs are subject to availability and may sell out at any time.
  • Changes to Daily Program reserved dates must be made 24 hours in advance AND are subject to program availability.
  • Changes to Multi-week Program sessions must be made 2 weeks in advance AND are subject to program availability.
  • No-Shows (any lesson not changed as stated above) will be forfeited.
  • Daily program and private bookings expire at the end of the season. There are no refunds or credits given for lessons not taken.
  • Multi-week programs: there are no make-ups, refunds, or adjustments for missed days during a scheduled session. (For extenuating circumstances, please contact the Mountain School office.)
  • Specialty Camps: Cancellations made a minimum of 30 days in advance of the program start date will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Regretfully, refunds cannot be provided if advice of cancellation is less than 30 days of the program start. (All Inclusive packages for the camps are subject to Central Reservations Lodging Reservation Cancellation Policy)
