All online purchases require 3 days to process. If you need to pick up your pass in less than 3 days, do not order online. Call the ticket office at (801) 933-2200, or stop by the ticket office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pass purchases using season pass credit toward the purchase of their new 2010/11 pass, will deactivate the current year's season pass. New pass purchases should be done only after you have finished skiing for the 2009/10 season. Guests who have purchased their 2010/11 pass and would like to use their scenic Tram ride/Peruvian chair lift benefit prior to the end of the ski season, may pick up a ticket at the ticket by showing their 2010/11 season pass. Important: Snowbird has a NO-REFUND policy; once a season pass/ticket plan is purchased, no refunds will be given. Important: There is a three-day waiting period when you purchase online. Do not order online if you need to pick up your pass sooner that three days from when you place an order.
