The Cliff Lodge

  • In-bound boxes/packages: There is a $9 handling charge for all boxes/packages received at The Cliff lodge and a $40 charge for a pallet.

  • All in-bound packages are located at the Bell Desk in The Cliff Lodge, Level L1. Please call the Bell Desk from your room by pressing the Bellman icon or at ext. 5034 from any in-house phone, when ready for delivery. The Bellman will deliver the packages to your room or to your meeting room. Please be aware we do require a signature at time of delivery.

  • Outbound boxes/packages: Please visit our Bell Desk or our Concierge Desk for assistance with outbound packages. The outbound shipping fee will vary depending on box size and weight. We offer UPS and Fedex air, overnight and UPS ground. If you would like to use your own UPS or FedEx account, please bring the label with you when dropping off the package to the Bell desk or Concierge desk.

The Lodge at Snowbird
