The Powderbird guide team has hosted international trips for over 20 years and has established operational protocols and safety measures modeled after Utah operation and Heliski US guidelines to bring you the best possible experience.

Powderbird | Argentina | Summer
Some of Argentina's best ski terrain is located in the lesser-known El Azufre Valley. The valley hosts volcanos and peaks ranging from 10-13,000 feet with descents running over 5,000 vertical feet, all while receiving 450"+ of snow a year. Whether you are an advanced-intermediate skier who enjoys long cruiser runs, or an expert skier looking for new challenges, the El Azufre Valley's breadth of striking, rarely-skied terrain has something for you.
On-site, the dedicated aviation and guide team will take you into the mountains via helicopter or—in instances of inclement weather—snowcat.

El Azufre has a maximum capacity of 14 guests with 7 double rooms—2 of which can be combined into one large room. Trips can be booked as either a private experience or as a mixed group experience. Hotel Maniitsoq
Hotel Maniitsoq provides phenomenal comfort and exquisite dining. The food is meticulously prepared and presented in a style influenced by both Danish dishes and the native dishes of Greenland, which include meals made from local fish and seafood, steak, musk ox and reindeer, as well as classic European dishes. When not skiing, guests have the opportunity to check out the beautiful village of Maniitsoq and experience the warm culture of Greenland. Enjoy an après-ski celebration at the hotel's ocean-view bar and restaurant at the end of your ski day.
Ship Tulu
Ship Tulu provides the one-of-a-kind experience to become intimately connected with Greenland (and its ski terrain) with the unmatched capability to navigate Greenland's striking fjords, allowing it to reposition each night to discover more terrain. The ship is equipped with 8 single rooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining room and a large outdoor deck to take full advantage of the incredibly scenic sea and surrounding landscapes. The captain of Tulu and your guides have over a decade of experience sailing and skiing in this area.
