Wasatch Adaptive Sports (WAS) empowers people with disabilities to improve their physical, mental and social well-being through outdoor recreation.

The 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization was established in 1977 by a Snowbird ski instructor. Through world-class instruction and specialized equipment, WAS provides opportunities for those with adaptive needs to experience the power of recreation whenever and wherever they choose among an inclusive and welcoming community.
