Plan your visit.
Should your plans change, we require a change or cancellation notice at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled time. The full price of each service, class, or Spa Access Pass will be charged for no-show appointments and late cancellations. The reservation owner is responsible for all unpaid charges.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for your scheduled service or class. Late arrival to a service may result in a reduction of treatment time out of consideration for the next guest, however the full treatment price will apply. Reserved spots in classes will be held for 5 minutes before being offered to waitlisted guests. Spa Access Passes have a 30-minute grace period before and after your scheduled arrival time. After 30 minutes, reserved Passes will be charged full price and openings will be offered to waitlisted guests.
The Cliff Spa facilities are reserved for patrons 16 years of age or older. Children 15 and under may inquire about select services, but these would not include access to the rest of the amenities.
Food and Beverage Policy
No food or alcohol is allowed inside The Cliff Spa. We provide hot tea and water to enjoy during your visit. You are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle to refill. Please see options for Snowbird dining around the resort.
Robes and sandals will be offered upon check-in. Bathing suits are required for the swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Towels will be provided.
Inclement Weather Policy
Snow conditions, road closures, traffic and summer thunderstorms are common for our location. Guests should use their best judgment in regard to safety and travel arrangements. Please be aware of weather and road conditions when making reservations and understand the 4-hour cancellation policy. All reservations canceled within 4 hours of service, day pass, or yoga class will be charged full-price.
- Alcoholic beverages, glass containers and coolers are prohibited inside The Cliff Spa. Smoking is not permitted anywhere at The Cliff Spa.
- The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. We ask that you leave all cellphones, computers and speakers outside the spa. If you must have these items with you, please turn off ringers and avoid phone conversations in our solarium and quiet areas. The use of cameras is prohibited inside the locker rooms.
- Some spa treatments are not recommended for those experiencing any of the following: severe altitude adjustment symptoms, physical injury, recent surgery or ongoing medical treatment, pregnancy, high blood pressure, influence of alcohol or drugs or sensitivity to heat. Please inform us of any medical indications that your provider should be made aware of at the time of booking so we may optimize your experience and serve you safely.
- The Cliff Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to close any amenities for maintenance or private events.
