Reservations are required when visiting The Cliff Spa. Book online or call 801.933.2225 in advance to reserve your treatment or timeslot.
Note: Cliff Spa hours 8 am - 7 pm July 5 & 21, August 4 & 19 and September 2 & 17, and 8 am - 6 pm July 31 for special events.
Cancellations
- Should your plans change, we require a change or cancellation notice at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. The full price of each service, class or Spa Access Pass will be charged for no-show appointments and late cancellations. The reservation owner is responsible for all unpaid charges. This policy is regardless of weather–be aware of road conditions and plan your visit accordingly.
- The 4-hour cancellation policy applies to all Cliff Club and RCI reservations, with the full cost of a regularly priced Spa Access Pass applying as the cancellation fee per occurrence.
Spa Arrival
- Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for your scheduled service or class. Late arrival to a service may result in a reduction of treatment time out of consideration for the next guest; however, the full treatment price will apply.
- Reserved spots in classes will be held for 5 minutes before being offered to waitlisted guests; however, the full class price will still apply.
- Spa Access Passes have a 30-minute grace period before and after your scheduled arrival time. After 30 minutes, reserved passes will be charged full price and openings will be offered to waitlisted guests.
Food and Beverage Policy
No food or alcohol is allowed inside The Cliff Spa. We provide hot tea and water to enjoy during your visit. You are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle to refill. Please see options for Snowbird dining around the resort.
Spa Attire
Robes and sandals are offered upon check-in. Bathing suits are required for the swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Towels are provided.

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. We ask that you leave all phones, computers and speakers outside the spa. If you must have these items with you, please turn off ringers and avoid phone conversations in our solarium and quiet areas. The use of cameras is prohibited inside the locker rooms. Smoking is not permitted anywhere at The Cliff Spa.

The Cliff Spa amenities are reserved for patrons 16 years of age or older. Children 15 and under may inquire about select services, but these would not include access to the rest of the amenities. Overnight guests of The Cliff Lodge will have complimentary access to the pool and hot tubs on Level 3 along with the fitness center on Level 1. They may reserve Spa access at a discounted rate.

Some spa treatments are not recommended for those experiencing any of the following: severe altitude adjustment symptoms, physical injury, have had a recent surgery or ongoing medical treatment, pregnancy, high blood pressure, sensitivity to heat or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please inform us of any medical issues that your provider should be aware of at the time of booking so we may optimize your experience.

The Cliff Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to close any amenities for maintenance or private events.
Memberships
- If you are a Cliff Club or RCI Exchange owner at The Cliff Lodge, you and your guests may enjoy complimentary reservations for Cliff Spa access during your ownership stay. The 4 hour cancellation policy applies to all Cliff Club/RCI reservations, with the full cost of a regularly priced Spa Access Pass applying as the cancellation fee per occurrence. All guests must be a minimum of 16 years old to enter. We ask for a valid ID card and proper room identification upon entry.
- Seven Summits members enjoy complimentary access for themselves and 1 guest. Please bring your Seven Summits membership card. For your protection, we ask that you accompany your guest when they enter the Spa.
- Anyone receiving a treatment has complimentary access on the day of their scheduled service. We ask that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your appointment, but you may use the amenities before and after for as long as you wish.
