Oktoberfest Non-Profits

For the second year at Okotberfest, a different non-profit will be featured within the Oktoberfest Marktplatz each week. Local to Utah, these non-profits support the community through targeted efforts in sustainability, supporting underrepresented populations or improving access to the outdoors. Get the community involved with your local non-profit. Oktoberfest is a family-friendly tradition that runs 10 weeks through the summer, from mid-August to mid-October. Snowbird is looking for non-profits to table for a full weekend, share information about their mission and host an activity/activation that will inspire children and beer-drinkers alike to stop by the tent.
Past activations have ranged from interactive games to friendly competitions. In 2025, The Kilted Patriot Foundation hosted a heavy rock holding competition that kept the crowd engaged all weekend.
Application Process
Fill out the form to state your interest in being a featured non-profit at Oktoberfest and include the dates that work for you and your team. Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot, as applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation email if you have been selected. Non-profit booths are free for 501(c)(3) organizations.
