Snowbird, Utah – Snowbird is pleased to announce that Carolyn Hailer has been appointed as the resort’s new Senior Director of Food & Beverage. A dedicated and longtime member of the Snowbird team, Carolyn Hailer brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality, event management and operations to her new leadership role.

Hailer’s journey with Snowbird began during her college years at the University of Utah, where she worked as a Concierge while completing her degree. After a brief period on the East Coast, she returned to Utah and rejoined Snowbird, stepping into a temporary role in Conference Services. Her strong work ethic and leadership skills quickly propelled her through the ranks, taking on roles such as Group Activities Coordinator, Conference Services Manager and Director of Conference Services. Most recently, she served as the Director of Conference Services, Sales and Operations, a role she has held since 2023.

“We are excited to welcome Carolyn into this role and onto the Snowbird Resort Leadership Team,” said Snowbird President and General Manager Dave Fields. “Her deep understanding of Snowbird, dedication to excellence, and passion for hospitality make her the perfect fit to lead our Food & Beverage division. Throughout her tenure, Hailer has been instrumental in driving operational success, enhancing guest experiences and fostering collaboration across departments. Her guidance during this winter’s interim period has been invaluable, ensuring seamless service and high standards across Snowbird’s food and beverage operations.

Hailer’s appointment marks an exciting chapter for Snowbird’s Food & Beverage division as the resort continues to elevate its culinary offerings and guest experiences.
