As part of Snowbird's commitment to Play Forever, the resort is teaming up with our guests to support local non-profits on select Wednesdays throughout the season.
Snowbird will donate $5 for each ticket sold to the Play Forever Wednesday grant recipient of the week, with each organization receiving at least $2,000. Guests will have the option to donate an additional amount. Play Forever Wednesdays lift tickets can be purchased online or in-person at a Ticket Office–located at the Snowbird Center and The Cliff Lodge.
This season, Snowbird's Play Forever Wednesdays grant recipients exemplify the following Play Forever goals:
- Investing in Local Relief: Provide localized aid to the Salt Lake and Utah County communities in times of need.
- Access and Participation: Support diversity, equity and inclusivity within the outdoor community with an emphasis on mountain recreation accessibility.
- Action to Protect the Environment: Support organizations that are focused on protecting the environment through sustainability, education and action.

Wasatch Adaptive Sports
Play Forever Goal: Access and Participation
Wastach Adaptive Sports was born at Snowbird in 1977. The scope of WAS programming has expanded since its founding to include a broad range of services, from 1-on-1 lessons to group classes and activities, and even adaptive equipment rentals that meet the unique needs of children, adults and veterans with disabilities. Based out of Snowbird in the winter, Wasatch Adaptive Sports empowers outdoor recreational opportunities for Utahns with disabilities and their families to experience increased health, happiness and quality of life. The organization provides participants across a wide disability spectrum with the tools necessary to build recreational skills and independence in a social and educational environment.
