New Aerial Tram Cabins
New Shape. New Experience. Same Legend.
Status: Completed Fall 2022
Snowbird congratulates the original 1971 Tram cabins on a stand-out career, 2 new cabins now whisk guests to Hidden Peak, and into the future of the mountain. The new Tram cabins pay homage to the original Red and Blue Trams while incorporating a fresh, sleek design and a few extra bells and whistles.
The in-ground windows and floor-to-ceiling windows of the Blue and Red Trams offer visitors a completely new experience, emulating a feeling of flying.
In the Summer of 2023, Snowbird unveiled, *drumroll please*... the rooftop balcony (the first of its kind in the United States). Guests can spread their wings and ride outside while the Aerial Tram climbs and descends from 11,000 feet with 360-degree views.
