About Lunch
The lunch menu will vary. If your child has any dietary restrictions or they can’t be catered from the dietary option list below, please plan to pack a lunch and advise us at lesson check-in.
Dietary Options:
- Nut Aware: We are considered a “Nut Aware” facility. There are no nuts in the snacks or food items. Other food items with nuts, such as cookies, are sold in the area where Mountain School food is prepared. If a child is allergic to nuts and nut products, please include this in the registration notes and with the instructor during check-in. Please specify if the allergic reaction is from ingestion, tactile, or airborne exposure.
- Gluten Free: Depending on the menu, there are hamburgers and hot dogs that can be served without a bun, as well as salad, fruit and vegetables.
- Dairy-Free: Lunch includes a protein that is typically dairy-free and salad with non-dairy dressing. Vegetables are often cooked with butter and are NOT dairy-free.
- Vegetarian: Vegetarian options include macaroni and cheese, salad and vegetables.
Vegan: Vegan options include salad, fruit and vegetables.
Kosher – We can offer some Kosher foods with at least a week’s notice.
All private lessons, adult lessons, camps and clinics do not include lunch. These lessons include breaks for lunch, snack, water and restroom—but food and beverage purchases are the responsibility of the student.
Note: If you pack food for yourself or your student, please avoid packing snacks with tree nuts.
