Payments & Cancellations

• Should your plans change, we require a change or cancellation notice at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. The full price of each service, class or Spa Access Pass will be charged for no-show appointments and late cancellations. The reservation owner is responsible for all unpaid charges. This policy applies regardless of the weather–be aware of road conditions and plan your visit accordingly.
• The 4-hour cancellation policy applies to all Cliff Club and RCI reservations, with the full cost of a regularly priced Spa Access Pass applying as the cancellation fee per occurrence.
• All reservations require a valid payment method at the time of booking. For your convenience, an automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to your service(s) if you choose not to check out at the end of your visit. Please contact us to adjust gratuities if desired.

Spa Arrival

• Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes early for your scheduled service or class. Late arrival to a service will result in a reduction of treatment time out of consideration for the next guest; however, the full treatment price will apply.
• Reserved spots in classes will be held for 5 minutes before being offered to waitlisted guests; however, the full class price will still apply.
• Spa Access Passes have a 30-minute grace period before and after your scheduled arrival time. After 30 minutes, reserved passes will be charged full price and openings will be offered to waitlisted guests.

Food and Beverage Policy

No food or alcohol is allowed inside The Cliff Spa. We provide hot tea and water to enjoy during your visit. You are welcome to bring a reusable water bottle to refill. Please see options for  Snowbird dining  around the resort.
