- Blackout dates may apply.
- Restrictions may apply. Holidays and weekends may require a minimum stay.
- The Mountain Collective passholders must present pass at check-in. Offer valid for pass holder only. Guests checking in without pass in hand will be changed to regular rates and charged in full at that time.
- Reservation requires full payment at the time of booking and is fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival. A 2-night cancel fee is charged if cancelled 29-15 days prior to arrival. Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
- No cancellation penalty shall be applied due to a Force Majeure event.
