Snowbird and  Nokian Tyres, Snowbird’s longstanding official tire partner, understand today’s environmental challenges. Snowbird and Nokian Tyres are committed to inspiring environmental action and reducing our carbon footprint through a shared commitment to protecting our environment. 

As part of this commitment, we’ve partnered with  Nokian Tyres, a  global leader in sustainability, to plant a tree for every 2022-23 Snowbird season pass sold from Wednesday, April 13, 2022, through Wednesday, September 28, 2022. Below is a list of Snowbird’s season passes included in Buy a Pass. Plant a Tree. Play Forever. Early season prices are in effect until September 28, 2022.

Summit Season Pass
The Summit Pass is the best way to experience everything Snowbird offers. Unlimited access to Snowbird with no blackout dates and a bevy of excellent benefits.

Alta-Bird Season Pass
Unlock all of Little Cottonwood Canyon with unlimited access to Snowbird and Alta. Plus, add an optional Ikon Base Pass benefit. 

Trees are a vital part of life on earth, and planting trees will benefit people, nature and wildlife for years as Snowbird continues to Play Forever. In addition, planting trees is one of the best nature-based solutions to restoring forests, sequestering carbon and mitigating the effects of climate change.

“We are excited and proud to partner with Nokian Tyres on this initiative,” said Snowbird President and General Manager Dave Fields. “Buy a Pass. Plant a Tree. Play Forever. is our commitment to honor our pass holders and our desire to protect the environment." Snowbird will work with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization focusing on reforestation. Its primary mission is to make it as simple as possible for anyone to help the environment by planting trees. In addition, POWDR and Nokian Tyres will fund tree-planting efforts in national parks around the United States, assisting travelers in enjoying beautiful journeys at popular destinations for years to come.
