Don your lederhosen, grab your goods and get ready to join Snowbird for Oktoberfest 2024. Der Marktplaz is a staple of Oktoberfest, featuring local artisans and creators selling their goods to festival-goers. If you are interested in being a vendor at Der Marktplaz, Snowbird's Oktoberfest marketplace for 40+ vendors, fill out the vendor application form.

About Snowbird Oktoberfest

Join Snowbird for the 52nd Annual Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly affair with activities, food and, of course, brews for days—10 weeks, actually. The festival kicks off in mid-August and lasts through mid-October, taking place every Saturday and Sunday, along with Labor Day. It would not be complete without vendors like you.

Snowbird’s Oktoberfest attracts around 60,000 visitors each year, making it one of the largest festivals in Utah. Admission to Oktoberfest is free to guests, and the festival is open to the public from Noon until 6 pm. The festival runs rain, snow or shine, so be prepared for mountain weather.

Be Part of Snowbird Oktoberfest

Display and sell your wares, jewelry, apparel and other products. Plus, connect with the community of local makers, artisans, vintage vendors, foodies, entrepreneurs and performers— all while in the beautiful mountain settings of Snowbird. Vendors don’t need to sign up for every weekend of the festival, but we do request vendors stay the full day (Noon - 6 pm) for each Saturday and Sunday they sign up for. Single day booths are not available. Snowbird does not accept food or beverage vendors for events.

Application Process

Our Team strives to build an Oktoberfest marketplace full of creativity and a variety of products. The team will review each application to determine its fit for the festival. Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot as applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth locations are not guaranteed this year, as the village layout may change. We hope to have the final schedule determined by the end of June. You will hear back via email if your vendor application has been accepted, waitlisted or you did not receive a spot at this year's festival.

Cost

• $275 | Single Weekend
• $400 | Labor Day Weekend
• $2,000 | Full Season

10% discount is offered if paid in full by July 31, 2024.

Limited spaces are reserved for non-profits each weekend. Please reach out for more information and availability at events@snowbird.com.

• One white 10x10 pop-up tent
• 4 tent weights
• Complimentary Wi-Fi (Note: this public network can be spotty at times)

• Power
• Tent walls
• Tables 
• Chairs 

Cancelation & No-Show Policies

No refunds for booth spaces will be issued, and we request that you give us at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee. Multiple late cancellations will result in removal from any remaining dates of the festival.

Seasonal parking pass prices will be announced at a later date.
