About the Fest

Join Snowbird for the 50th Annual Oktoberfest! It’s about more than just bending elbows. Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly affair with activities, food, and, of course, brews for days — 10 weeks actually. The festival kicks off mid-August and lasts through mid-October, taking place every Saturday and Sunday, along with Labor Day. It would not be complete without fabulous vendors just like you! Snowbird’s Oktoberfest attracts around 60,000 visitors each year making it one of the largest festivals in Utah. Admission to Oktoberfest is free and the festival is open to the public from Noon - 6 pm. The festival runs rains, snow or shine so make sure to be prepared for mountain weather.

Cost

  • $175 Per Weekend
  • $350 Labor Day Weekend
  • $1400 Full Show

10% discount offered if paid in full by August 1. Limited spaces are reserved for non-profits each weekend. Please reach out for more information and availability.

Setup

Vendors can pull their vehicles into the Der Marktplatz starting Friday evening after 4 pm or Saturday morning from 8 am until 11:30 am. After 11:30 am all vehicles need to be out of the festival area. Tents for vendors will already be set up.

Take Down

Vendors will be allowed to pull into the fest area after 6:30 pm to load up. Tents may be left in Der Marktplatz during the week, but be mindful of weather and security. Snowbird staff must be able to access the inside of the tent to knock off snow and water when necessary. Tents must be cleared out on the last day of the festival October 16. 

What is Provided

One 10x10 white pop-up tent without sides and weights for each corner.

Cancelation & No-Show Policies

No refunds for booth spaces will be issued and we request that you give us at least 48 hours notice for any cancelations. No shows will be charged a $50 fee.

Parking

Seasonal parking passes can be purchased for $30 or $10 per day. Available spaces are in the main lot for $30 a day. Please directly contact us regarding trailer parking.
