About the Fest

Join Snowbird for the 51st Annual Oktoberfest! It’s about more than just bending elbows. Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly affair with activities, food, and, of course, brews for days — 10 weeks actually. The festival kicks off mid-August and lasts through mid-October, taking place every Saturday and Sunday, along with Labor Day. It would not be complete without fabulous vendors just like you!

Snowbird’s Oktoberfest attracts around 60,000 visitors each year, making it one of the largest festivals in Utah. Admission is free, and the festival is open to the public from Noon - 6 pm. The festival runs rain, snow or shine, so be prepared for mountain weather.

Be Part of the Fest

Display and sell your wares, connect with the community, local makers, artisans, vintage vendors, foodies, entrepreneurs and performers— all while in the beautiful mountain settings of Snowbird. Vendors don’t need to sign up for every weekend, but we do request vendors stay the full day for each Saturday and Sunday. Snowbird does not accept food or beverage vendors for events.

Cost

• $200 Per Weekend
• $350 Labor Day Weekend
• $1500 Full Show

10% discount is offered if paid in full by August 1, 2023.

Limited spaces are reserved for non-profits each weekend. Please reach out for more information and availability at events@snowbird.com.

Set-Up

Vendors can pull their vehicles into the Der Marktplatz anytime Friday or Saturday morning from 8 am until 11:30 am. After 11:30 am, all vehicles must be out of the festival grounds. Tents for vendors with 4 weights are provided and set up.

Take Down

Vendors will be allowed to pull into the fest area after 6:30 pm to load up. Tents may be left in the Der Marktplaz during the week, but be mindful of weather and security. Snowbird staff must be able to access the inside of the tent to knock off snow and water when necessary. Snowbird is not liable for theft or damage to tents. Tents must be cleared out on the last day of the festival October 15.

• One 10x10 pop-up tent
• 4 tent weights
• Complimentary Wifi (Note: this public network can be spotty at times)

• Power
• Tent walls
• Tables 
• Chairs 

Cancelation & No-Show Policies

No refunds for booth spaces will be issued, and we request that you give us at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. No-shows will be charged a $50 fee.

Parking

Seasonal parking passes can be purchased for $50 or $10 daily and are available in the main parking lots. Please contact us directly regarding trailer parking.
